Metallic Materials
Pure Iron / Electrical Pure Iron: Such as the DT4/DT4A series; characterized by low residual magnetism and high material purity. With a thermal conductivity of 80 W/m·K and high positional accuracy, these are commonly used in electromagnetic precision components like DC motors.
Cemented Carbide / Tungsten-Cobalt Alloy: Such as YG20; features high purity and hardness. Tolerances can be controlled within 0.03 mm (30 microns), and the material offers excellent wear resistance, making it suitable for precision machining applications involving high loads and severe wear.
Structural Steels: Includes grades such as 20# and 45#, 20CrMnTi alloy tubing, and precision stainless steel tubing. Different grades are suited to specific operating conditions for precision components, such as automotive fuel lines, chassis support parts, and transmission gears.
Aluminum Alloy Series:Such as 6061-T6 and 7075-T6; characterized by excellent specific strength, ease of machining, and outstanding lightweight properties. Widely used for structural precision components in underwater robots and automation equipment.
Specialty Alloys:Such as 316L stainless steel, 2205 duplex stainless steel, and TC4 titanium alloy; known for resistance to chloride ion corrosion and high pressure. These are frequently used for high-performance precision components in deep-sea submersibles and marine operating environments.
