Metallic Precision Materials
Stainless Steel / Nickel-based Alloys: Standard base materials for precision mechanical manufacturing; they offer wear resistance and high structural strength, making them suitable for general precision part machining.
Medical-grade Stainless Steel & Titanium Alloys: Characterized by high chemical stability, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance; the material is dense and non-porous. These are ideal for medical precision stamped parts requiring clean-room environments and sterilization processes, as there is no risk of metal leaching.
3J09 Iron-Nickel-Chromium Precision Elastic Alloy: A high-elasticity precipitation-hardening alloy. It features an elastic limit of 700–900 MPa, hardness up to 550 HV, and excellent resistance to stress relaxation. It is commonly used in applications requiring strict deformation control, such as elastic elements for precision instruments, core sensor components, and micro-switch contacts.

Non-metallic Precision Materials
Engineering Plastics (PA Nylon, PC, PMMA Acrylic, etc.): Examples include PA6 (e.g., Nan Ya 2512 grade), which offers high-temperature resistance and excellent machinability; these are the primary choices for precision plastic fasteners.
Natural Granite (e.g., Jinan Green): Features a low coefficient of linear expansion, compressive strength of 2500–2600 kg/cm², and a Shore hardness (HS) exceeding 70. It is resistant to deformation, acids, alkalis, and magnetization, making it ideal for precision structural components such as worktables for high-precision measuring instruments and reference bases for machine tools.
